New Dawn of the Planet of the Apes Teaser Trailer Released

Check out the just released teaser trailer for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, the sequel to 2011’s Rise of the Planet of the Apes…

From IMDB: “A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.”

The film stars  Andy Serkis (reprising his role as Caesar), Gary Oldman (The Dark Knight Trilogy), Jason Clarke (Zero Dark Thirty, The Great Gatsby), and Keri Russell (Dark Skies, FX’s The Americans).

The film is directed by Matt Reeves who also directed Cloverfield and Let Me In (the American remake of Swedish film Let the Right One In), both of which were well received critically.

What do you guys think? Are you excited about the flick, or are you planning to skip it?
